Quarterly meetings are held four times a year. Various subject sessions and groups meet together at roundtables. Attendees share ideas, discuss concerns and offer solutions.
The Roundtable will vary from meeting to meeting.

Plenary
Authentic Learning and Digital Ethics: AI in IB Schools
Whether joining for the first time or returning from last year’s introductory session, this full-day workshop addresses what IB educators need to know right now. Technology is evolving rapidly, and new federal requirements mandate AI integration across K-12 schools. The question isn’t whether students will use AI, it’s how we ensure AI makes them think more, not less.
Through hands-on sessions spanning PYP through DP/CP, participants will explore authentic task design, ethical frameworks, assessment strategies, and evaluative literacy. The workshop will position students as active thinkers rather than passive consumers, and educators will leave with an AI toolkit of resources to implement immediately across all programme levels.
